How quickly can we get started?+

Most teams are running their first cycle within a day. Import your employee list, pick or write review questions, enrol your people, and send it live. Our onboarding checklist walks you through every step.

Do you offer a free trial?+

Yes — 14 days, no credit card. Teams of 5 or fewer stay free forever. If you need to extend the trial or run a pilot with more users, email us and we will sort it out.

Can we white-label Advanca for our HR consultancy?+

Absolutely. Our multi-tenant architecture was designed for partner-led rollouts. Contact sales for white-label, reseller, and embedded pricing.

Where is our data stored?+

All data is stored in encrypted-at-rest Postgres on infrastructure that meets SOC2 and GDPR requirements. Enterprise plans include regional data residency options.

Do you integrate with HRIS systems?+

We offer a REST API on Growth and Enterprise plans, plus pre-built connectors for common HRIS tools. Need a custom integration? Enterprise plans include integration engineering support.

Can managers customise reviews per direct report?+
