Where is our data stored?+

All data is stored in encrypted-at-rest Postgres on infrastructure that meets SOC2 and GDPR requirements. Enterprise plans include regional data residency options.

Do you integrate with HRIS systems?+

We offer a REST API on Growth and Enterprise plans, plus pre-built connectors for common HRIS tools. Need a custom integration? Enterprise plans include integration engineering support.

Can managers customise reviews per direct report?+
